By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree that I am purchasing a Service Voucher on behalf of another person. This voucher is a prepaid service certificate, not a gift card, and it carries no monetary or cash value. The voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and will automatically expire at 11:59 PM on the expiration date. All Service Voucher purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

I understand that the recipient must redeem the voucher using the voucher code before the expiration date. If the recipient does not redeem the voucher within the 60-day validity period, the voucher may be applied only to the original purchaser within the same 60-day timeframe.

If the voucher has expired, the recipient or original purchaser must contact us within 30 days post original expiration date. At management discretion, a one-time grace period may be granted, allowing the voucher to be used within an additional 30 days only. Vouchers that are more than 90 days past expiration are permanently void and cannot be reinstated, credited, extended, or refunded.

This voucher is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed by the designated recipient or the original purchaser.
