No. We are a full service hand car wash. We use mitts to prevent swirling and scratching of the paint surface.

On average a detail is about 2 hrs, however, we do not give a defined time frames for this service due to the extent of cleaning your vehicle may need.

No refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. If service has not started, your deposit can be credited and your appointment rescheduled, subject to availability.

No, our mobile car wash units are fully equipped with water and power sources, so we do not require access to your water or electricity.

Unfortunately, we do no use customer products to complete our services. We take pride in the service we can provide to our customers and as such we use premium professional grade cleaning products and tools.
