Appointment & Gift Card Policy
Appointment Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
If you cancel, the deposit is not refundable.
If you reschedule, the deposit may be credited only for a same-day appointment (subject to availability).
Rescheduling to a different date requires a new appointment and a new deposit.
Gift Card Validity
Gift cards are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Expiration dates are based on the original purchase date and cannot be changed or extended beyond policy.
Expiration & Extensions
Gift cards expired by more than 30 days are not eligible for extension or reactivation.
As a courtesy, we may honor a gift card within 30 days past expiration, but this is not guaranteed and is handled case-by-case.
Final Sale / No Refunds
All gift card sales are final.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether used or unused.
Non-Transferable
Gift cards are non-transferable.
They may only be redeemed by the original purchaser or by the recipient designated at the time of service.
No changes can be made after issuance.
Lost or Unused Gift Cards
Expired, lost, or unused gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or credited
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
No, unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. All deposits are non-refundable. If the service has not yet begun, we can credit your deposit and reschedule your appointment for another date.
Please check the weather before scheduling, and ensure you have designated coverage or proper arrangements so the service can be completed as planned.
